2019 has been a great freediving year. I went to Egypt in May to do my Master and during summer I explored some of our beautiful lakes. (Partnunsee, Kloentalersee, etc )
I wasn’t a lot in the water since August. But after I started my new Job in August, I learned to cope easier with stress. I’m pretty sure this is going to help me for freediving as well. And I’m very happy that I’m going to start the year with a weekend at the World’s deepest Pool – Y40 in Italy.
I’ve been there almost two years ago.
But this time I’m not going to put myself under pressure. I just want to have some good training sessions, fun and get more confident.
This winter I want to freedive under Ice for the first time. I’m really excited about that and can’t wait for this experience.
Later this year I’ll head to Tonga, Fiji and Australia. I’m sure this will be a huge and unbelievable adventure. Can you imagine yourself swimming and freediving with huuuge humpback whales??
Stay tuned for more adventures in 2020
